Open Access Policy
Textile Outlook International (TOI) is committed to advancing accessible, high-quality research in the fields of Business, Management and Accounting, and Materials Science. TOI supports a model of broad dissemination of knowledge, ensuring that scholarly and industry-focused insights are made available to a global audience of researchers, professionals, and policymakers. By enhancing accessibility, TOI contributes to a more inclusive and informed exchange of ideas across academic and professional communities.
Through this approach, TOI promotes a transparent and collaborative research environment that encourages innovation and interdisciplinary engagement. By enabling wider visibility of research in areas such as market analysis, financial performance, supply chain management, and material innovation, it enhances the impact and relevance of published work. Increased accessibility also supports greater citation, knowledge transfer, and practical application within both academic and industry contexts.
To support the publishing process, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied to accepted manuscripts. This fee covers editorial handling, peer review management, and production of the final published article, and may be paid by authors, their affiliated institutions, or research funding bodies. TOI also ensures an efficient and structured review process, allowing for timely evaluation, revision, and publication. Through this model, Textile Outlook International aims to balance accessibility, academic rigor, and sustainable publishing practices.
